Thank you for visiting and shopping at Life Is About. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

To request a return, please contact us at tina@lifeisabout.shop with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.

RETURNS FOR ALL OTHER ORDERS

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! We will gladly accept returns within 14 days from the shipping date. To be approved for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Garments must not be washed or worn
  • In its original condition/packaging

Washing the item(s) will void the return policy and the item(s) will no longer be accepted as a return.

For orders returned in the US, we are currently unable to provide return shipping labels for orders. Please send return to the Return Mailbox address provided below.

Customers who wish to use their own return shipping labels can send their return package to the following address:

Once we receive your package, we will process your return within 7 to 10 business days. Please note, customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs. 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

There may be additional fees charged by your country's customs office. These fees are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the recipient to pay. Customs fees vary by country and can include taxes, duties, and processing fees. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on the specific fees that may apply to your order.Life Is About is not responsible for any duties/taxes/tariffs charged to customers and no portion of these charges will be reimbursed. Please note customers are responsible for any customs charge and refunds will not be provided for declined or abandoned packages.

EXCHANGES

We are currently unable to offer exchanges for online orders. Exchanges may be completed by mailing back your return item(s) and then placing a new order on the Little Puffy website.To return an item, please contact us at tina@lifeisabout.shop

INCORRECT ORDERS / DAMAGED ITEMS

We apologize if you received an incorrect order. Please contact our Life Is About Customer Care at tina@lifeisabout.shop and we will help take care of any issues immediately.

ORDERS WITH INCORRECT / INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS

Orders are fulfilled with the exact shipping address provided during checkout. Please be sure to review that all necessary parts of the shipping address, such as house/apartment number, are included with the order.Shipments with incorrect / incomplete shipping addresses that are returned to our Return Mailbox will be issued as a return. Please note that it may take longer for the package to go back through the courier system than the time it takes to send out.If an order has been fulfilled to an incorrect but existing address, please make sure to reach out to the corresponding shipping company with your tracking number to request it be retrieved from the address the order was delivered.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

Life Is About is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. However, if your package does not arrive, please contact tina@lifeisabout.shop to initiate a UPS/USPS claim. If you have filed a claim already, please let us know at tina@lifeisabout.shop and we will follow up with your claim.
